Romance: Historical

Anna Harrington has quickly become one of my all-time favorite historical romance authors. Each of her stories feature heroines who are strong-willed and independent and heroes that simply ignite on the page. cover125136-mediumNot afraid to dig down deep to expose her characters strengths, as well as their flaws, she showcases characters that are vulnerable, passionate and exciting.

A MATCH MADE IN HEATHER is a novella set in the Scottish Highlands. Deeply in love, a penniless farm-hand, Garrick McGuiness and a beautiful Laird’s daughter, Arabel Rowland, are torn apart on the night they plan to elope. After ten years apart, they are forced to face their past when they each discover they share an inheritance. Garrick struggled to stay alive and through a military commission, he became the Earl of Townsend. Hell-bent on revenge, Garrick will have to decide between his never-ending love for Arabel or his desire for redemption.
